What we expect you to perform:

• Be a mentor for a fast-growing team and desire to build your own team of mobile app developers in the design, development, and deployment of high-quality mobile applications across multiple platforms.
• Do architecture design & solution design in mobile app development in the E-commerce field using React Native for international customers.
• Customize mobile apps based on clients’ business needs.
• Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure that project goals are met on time and within budget.
• Guide the team in the implementation of best practices for mobile app development, including code reviews, testing, and continuous integration and deployment.
• Write reusable, effective, and scalable code.
• Test, update, and optimize the application for performance and security.
• Be a driver for improving processes and technology to help deliver a better product experience.
• Be an active participant in suggesting and implementing improvements to developer workflows and bringing forward new ways of working and technology that help the team move faster.

What requirements are we looking for:

• 2+ years of experience with Mobile App development.
• Experience with React Native (also having experience in Flutter or other cross-platform mobile development frameworks is a plus)
• Knowledge of Redux, Hook.
• Experience in API connection and knowledge of RESTful, JSON, GraphQL
• Proficient use of Git.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• A passion for mobile app development and a commitment to delivering high-quality, user-friendly applications.
• Understand software architecture in practice with scalable solutions in mind.
• Experience mentoring junior developers.
• Experience with libraries like Firebase, and Facebook SDK is an advantage.
• Having experience developing on Android (Java, Kotlin) or iOS (Objective-C, Swift) is an advantage.
• The ability to read and write in English fluently, and the ability to speak English to work in an international environment is an advantage.
