- Quality Ownership: Lead the testing process, ensuring our deliverables are stable, reliable, and meet user expectations.
- Automation Strategy: Build and maintain automated test scripts (e.g., Cypress/Playwright) and handle complex API validations.
- Early Collaboration: Engage during the design phase to identify potential risks and resolve issues before they reach development.
- Tech & AI Adoption: Actively integrate impactful tools, especially AI-driven solutions, to accelerate regression cycles and uncover edge cases efficiently.
- Standards & Documentation: Maintain clear, actionable bug reports, serving as the team's reliable source for system behavior.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in software QA, with exposure to logistics or high-volume data-driven environments.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in API/database testing (SQL) and building automation frameworks; skilled in browser debugging tools.
- Mindset: Strong sense of ownership and ability to articulate technical risks to stakeholders.
- Language: Fluency in English.
