The Role
We are looking for a Mid-Level DevOps Engineer to own our CI/CD, deployment automation, and production reliability across a large client portfolio.
This is an infrastructure ownership role. Our developers ship across 227+ repositories and 100+ live client sites, and your job is to make that fast, safe, and repeatable — from pipeline to production.

- Designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) across 227+ repositories
- Deployment automation for Cloudflare Pages/Workers and VPS-hosted services
- Zero-downtime release processes for the whole engineering team
- Standardising build and deploy across an inconsistent, fast-growing repo base
Hosting & Access Management:
- Client website hosting — provisioning, migrating, and maintaining hosting across 100+ live client sites
- DNS, domains, and SSL/TLS certificate management and renewal
- SSH key management — issuing, rotating, and revoking keys across servers and the team
- Password and credentials management — running a shared secrets vault / password manager, enforcing good hygiene, and controlling who has access to what
- Onboarding and offboarding access securely as team members and clients change
Infrastructure & Operations:
- Containerisation with Docker — writing and optimising images and builds
- Infrastructure as Code so environments are reproducible, not hand-built
- Linux server and VPS administration across a distributed fleet
- Secrets, environment config, and secure access management for a distributed team
Reliability:
- Monitoring, logging, and alerting for 100+ live client websites
- Production incident response — diagnosing and fixing failures independently
- Backups, database operations, and recovery processes
- The Environment You Would Support
- Web (primary): Headless WordPress + Next.js 16 sites on Cloudflare Pages, SEO dashboards serving 52+ brands
- Python: AI agent platforms and automated data pipelines
- Internal tooling: 15+ MCP servers connecting internal tools to external business APIs
- Scale: 227+ GitHub repositories, 100+ live client sites
- Note: we build AI-native — Claude Code is our developers' primary interface and our workflows are automation-heavy. You don't need to be an AI specialist, but you'll work in a modern, automation-first environment.

Kỹ năng & trình độ của bạn- 1–6 years of professional experience with a strong DevOps/infrastructure focus
- CI/CD ownership — you have personally designed and maintained pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar)
- Docker — you write and optimise Dockerfiles and understand container builds
- Deployment & release management — you have run real production deployments, including zero-downtime releases
- Linux server administration — VPS management, shell scripting, and real debugging
- Cloud/edge deployment — Cloudflare, AWS, or GCP; you have deployed and configured real infrastructure
- Website hosting & DNS — you have managed web hosting, DNS records, and SSL/TLS certificates for live production sites
- Access & credentials management — you have managed SSH keys and run a shared secrets/password manager for a team, and you take security hygiene seriously
- Production debugging — you can diagnose and fix a production failure independently
- Git/GitHub proficiency, including pipeline integration
- Able to work semi-independently across time zones
- Strong written English (we operate async-first across Australia, Vietnam, Thailand, and India)
Strong Preferences
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi, Ansible)
- Monitoring and observability (Grafana, Prometheus, Sentry, uptime tooling)
- Cloudflare Pages / Workers deployment experience
- Node.js / TypeScript familiarity (our primary app stack)
- Python for automation and scripting
- Database operations (SQLite, PostgreSQL, backups, migrations)
- Secrets management and secure key handling
- Claude Code experience — we build AI-native, so it helps you fit in faster
- WordPress / headless deployment experience

Compensation
- Period Salary
- Probation (2 months): 15,000,000 – 22,000,000 VND / month
- After probation: 22,000,000 – 40,000,000 VND / month
- Salary within range is based on experience level, infrastructure depth, and demonstrated contribution. Engineers who make deployments faster and more reliable are compensated accordingly.
Location: Hanoi, Vietnam (office-based with remote flexibility)
