Vai trò & trách nhiệm của bạn
  • Research and coordinate with departments to design and develop documents describing the company's products;
  • Propose improvements to the company's technology products;
  • Create and manage document systems (such as system requirement specification, feature list, use case list, use case detail, general business rules, wireframe...);
  • Create mock-ups for products, act as a bridge between the development department and the operations department;
  • Able to support on testing of applications as a tester;
  • Other tasks as assigned by direct manager;

Kỹ năng & trình độ của bạn
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Economics;
  • 2 - 3 years of experience working as the same role;
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities;
  • Have a background in information technology and software development;
  • Have knowledge and skills in testing software products;
  • Have basic knowledge of data and data query;
  • Have a professional BA certificate;
