Collaborate with the BOD and Sales team to conduct market research and develop product marketing strategies.
Market research & competitor analysis: Collect and analyze data to provide insights and optimize product competitiveness.
Manage & execute marketing campaigns: Implement multi-channel marketing (digital marketing, email, advertising, events, seminars, etc.) to attract customers and enhance brand awareness.
Work closely with the product development team: Engage from the early stages, deeply understand the product’s USP, and build marketing plans aligned with customer needs and the product roadmap.
Establish & maintain partnerships: Collaborate with agencies, KOLs, communities, and technology associations to expand brand presence and explore business opportunities.

Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related fields.
At least 3 years of experience in marketing for technology products (software, industrial hardware, 3D technology, etc…).
Proven experience in Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, SEO, and Ads (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc…).
Strong knowledge of Product Marketing, Go-to-Market Strategy, and Product Positioning.
Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills to evaluate market trends and measure marketing campaign effectiveness.
Good English is a plus, especially in speaking and listening.

Hybrid Policy: Work from home up to 3 days per week.
Total Income = Net salary + Performance bonus (>14 months salary).
Review salary twice per year base on your performance and output.
