As a Marketing Cloud Admin/Developer you will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of our Marketing Cloud instance to support our Marketing teams. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement solutions, and ensure the effective utilisation of the system.

Set up and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform to meet marketing needs.
Implement automation solutions to streamline marketing workflows, processes and recommending best practise.
Managing subscriber data within Marketing Cloud, including data integrity, data imports, segmentation, audience creation/segmentation strategies, and synchronisation with external systems such as CRM platforms.
Monitor campaign performance and analyse key metrics to optimise strategies.
Administer integrations and provide training and support to users.
Ensure compliance with regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR) and stay updated on industry best practices.
Document configurations and processes for knowledge transfer and consistency.

Kỹ năng & trình độ của bạn

Proven experience as a Marketing Cloud Administrator with a focus on email marketing.
Proficiency in configuring and customising various components of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio, and Audience Builder
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalisation, and deliverability.
Experience with HTML, CSS and AMPScript for email template design and coding.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and optimise strategies accordingly.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Resilient individual who thrives in a dynamic and evolving environment.
Detail-oriented with a passion for continuous learning and self-improvement.
