• Conduct manual testing of software applications and systems to identify defects and ensure functionality meets quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, and product managers, to understand project requirements and user expectations.
• Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts that effectively cover all aspects of the software, including edge cases and user scenarios.
• Execute test cases and document test results, including defects and issues found during testing.
• Identify, report, and track defects using designated tools, and work with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss project progress, potential issues, and improvements to the QA/QC process.

Must have:

• Bachelor & degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• More than 1.5 years in a similar role.
• Design, write test cases and execute test cases
• Ability to analyze problems in detail, helping engineers determine the root cause in order to resolve the issue quickly.
• Own work planning and reporting
• Ability to read & understand English documents.

Nice to have:

• Experience in API testing.
• Experience working within an Agile environment.
• Have domain knowledge ERP, SAP is a plus
• Have good spoken of English
