Trách nhiệm công việc

1. Credit Processing

  • Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining underwriting standards and credit policies for Credit Cards
  • Defines and maintains credit card approval process to ensure proper credit lending authorization at his/her level
  • Oversees portfolio management to recommend and implement changes to credit policies relating to Card
  • Works closely with compliance to ensure all aspects of lending are compliant with prevailing regulations, and Bank Policies/Internal guidelines.
  • Manages the team to ensure the smooth credit management process including credit analysis, credit approval and credit portfolio management.
  • Identifies potential problem credits, coupled with appropriate intervention, to minimize losses.
  • Manages the budget for areas of responsibility and works to identify and solve potential challenges and opportunities.

2. Operations

  • Responsible for the business results of Card Products and Services.
  • Manage and supervise the whole performance of Credit Card Services.
  • Manage the relevant Projects relating to Card Products/Services.
  • Propose to Management the Promotion Campaign or new initiative for Card product from time to time to attract customers
  • Develop policies, regulations, and procedures related to professional expertise;
  • Participate in establishing and organizing the operation manual
  • Other tasks as directed and assigned by Management.

Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn

  • Graduate or post-graduate degree in Economics, Foreign Trade, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Investment, Securities, Marketing etc.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Dynamic and pro-active with at least 5 years working experiences in management & banking operations and at least 3 years working experiences in card operations/ related areas with proven good track record.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to establish rapport with senior executives, team members, internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent oral and written communication skill

Other skills

  • Have a good Leadership and planning/orientation
  • Be able to handling situations, solving problems withstand high work pressure
  • Being responsible, with high organizational discipline
