• Lead the backend team to collaborate with other teams to complete the development and maintenance of the existing system with high quality.
• Establish a results-oriented workflow and an open communication environment.
• Understand business logic, analyze product requirements, and provide corresponding technical solutions.
• Research emerging technologies, continuously optimize system architecture, and improve foundational services.
• Guide the team and help with their growth.

Work Experience & Education

• More than 5 years of practical project development experience with Golang, understanding of microservices architecture.
• Solid foundation in computer science, familiar with common data structures and algorithms.
• Prioritize candidates with experience in game development.

Skills

• Familiar with cloud-native technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficient in the use of MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, familiar with database performance optimization and principles.
• Familiar with message queue middleware, such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.
• Experience in project development on distributed backend systems, familiar with microservices architecture, and familiar with at least one RPC framework.

Attitude

• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure, with good communication skills and meticulous work attitude.
