• Execute test cases and scenarios according to established test plans
• Report and document bugs using bug tracking systems
• Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing
• Perform Automation test such as E2E testing, Integration testing functions, API testing, Database testing
• Collaborate with developers to resolve identified issues
• Assist in creating and maintaining test documentation
• Participate in agile/scrum ceremonies and provide QA perspective
• Help improve existing test processes and methodologies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Have at least 06 months of experience or more in Manual/Automation Test field
• Basic understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Base)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web technologies
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Cypress, Selenium) is a plus
• Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts
• Understanding of agile development methodologies
• Experience with API testing
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)
