- Execute manual testing to ensure product quality, functionality, and usability.
- Design, maintain, and execute test cases based on product requirements and specifications.
- Identify, document, track, and verify defects using defect management tools.
- Perform regression testing to ensure new releases do not negatively impact existing functionalities.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining testing environments.
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to investigate and resolve issues.
- Prepare and maintain testing documentation, including test results, defect reports, and test artifacts.
- Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve product quality and testing processes.
- Stay updated on testing methodologies, tools, and industry best practices.
- Understanding of software testing concepts such as Functional Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, Regression Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Experience using bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira) and test management tools.
- Ability to analyze requirements and create effective test cases and test scenarios.
- Ability to write clear and concise bug reports and testing documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to read and understand English technical documentation.
- Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1–2 years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Assurance (QA).
Preferred qualifications
- Experience testing web applications, SaaS platforms, or AI-powered products.
- Basic knowledge of API testing using tools such as Postman.

Compensation:
- Monthly (base) salary: Negotiable.
- Additional benefits: bonus, 13th month salary, social insurance, performance-based incentives, team-building events/ travels, and continuous learning support.
