Position Summary: Junior Product Executive supports delivery and continuously improving products that meet user needs and business objectives. The Junior Product Executive will assist in gathering and translating product requirements, managing the product backlog, coordinating with Engineering, UI/UX, and QA teams, and collecting user feedback and product data to support informed product decisions and enhancements.
- Understand user needs, business requirements, and product goals.
- Identify opportunities to improve product functionality, usability, and overall user experience.
- Gather and translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Support product backlog management and feature prioritization.
- Work closely with Engineering, UI/UX, and QA teams throughout development and release.
- Review features and provide feedback to ensure they meet product requirements.
- Collect user feedback and product data to support product improvements.
- Research technology and product trends and propose new ideas.
- Maintain product documentation and communicate requirements and updates to stakeholders.
- At least 6 months –1 year of experience in Product, Business Analysis, or a related field. Fresh graduates with relevant internships or projects are welcome.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field.
- Strong interest in technology, software products, and user experience.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum and software development lifecycle is a plus.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Figma, or similar tools is a plus.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, curious, and eager to learn.
