JavaScript Developer (Senior) - HCM

• Lead the development of web and mobile applications using TypeScript, React, React Native, and Node.js.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
• Communicate effectively in English with team members and stakeholders.

 Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a Senior JavaScript Developer or similar role.
• Proficient in TypeScript, React, React Native, and Node.js.
• Proficient in relevant frontend technologies – CSS, CSS in JS, Bundlers, and DevTools.
• Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
• Demonstrated team leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

 Nice to have:

• Experience with the NestJS framework.
• Knowledge of native mobile app development (iOS/Android).
• Familiarity with Java and Python.
• Strong understanding of algorithms and optimization problems.
• Experience in the transport sector or related industries.
