Lead the development of web and mobile applications using TypeScript, React, React Native, and Node.js.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
Communicate effectively in English with team members and stakeholders.

Required Skills:
Proven experience as a Senior JavaScript Developer or similar role.
Proficient in TypeScript, React, React Native, and Node.js.
Proficient in relevant frontend technologies – CSS, CSS in JS, Bundlers, and DevTools.
Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
Demonstrated team leadership and project management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Nice to have:
Experience with the NestJS framework.
Knowledge of native mobile app development (iOS/Android).
Familiarity with Java and Python.
Strong understanding of algorithms and optimization problems.
Experience in the transport sector or related industries.
