Develop and maintain high-quality Java applications using Spring/Spring Boot and Struts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design new features.
Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
Work closely with Japanese clients to understand their requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Kỹ năng & trình độ của bạn

At least 2 years of experience in Java Spring/Spring Boot, Struts development.
Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Knowledgeable in Restful API Services.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience working with Japanese clients and handling documentation.
Experience in document design is a plus.
Proficient in SQL.
Experience with the Waterfall model is a plus.
English proficiency: able to read and understand technical documents.

For Team Lead Position:

Must have experience leading a team of at least 5 members.
Experience in supporting team members, reviewing their work, and coding.
