Trách nhiệm công việc

  • Install and configure hardware and software components
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical problems
  • Provide daily operational support for LAN/WAN networks
  • Take responsibility for improving the quality of the systems’ security and performance
  • Advise on software or hardware upgrades
  • Provide basic training in IT regulation for new employees
  • Gain opportunity to be promoted to Cloud/DevOps Engineer
  • Perform additional tasks as required

Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience as IT Helpdesk/IT Support at Software company
  • Experienced in working with VPN, Microsoft 365 Administration
  • Familiarity with installing computer hardware, software, systems, networks
  • Good teamwork spirit and work attitude
  • Youth, activity, and dedication
  • Nice to have
  • Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Grok, Claude, and others is a plus
