We are seeking a dedicated and proactive IT Help Desk Technician to provide technical support and resolve IT-related issues for internal users. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operation of IT systems, deliver excellent customer service, and contribute to the efficiency of our IT operations.

  • Provide first-line technical support to employees via phone, email, or in-person, addressing hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot computer systems, printers, peripherals, and software applications.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or relevant teams while tracking progress to resolution.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords in accordance with company policies.
  • Document all support requests, resolutions, and processes in the ticketing system.
  • Assist in maintaining IT inventory and ensuring equipment is operational.
  • Educate users on basic IT processes and best practices to enhance system usage.
  • Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security protocols.

Kỹ năng & trình độ của bạn
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-2 years of experience in IT help desk or technical support roles (fresh graduates with strong internships may be considered).
  • Knowledge and ability to resolve issues with Windows, macOS, Linux operating systems, and common office software.
  • Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to assist non-technical users effectively.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CCNA, or Microsoft Certified Professional are an advantage.

Working Conditions

  • Full-time position with standard office hours; occasional after-hours or weekend work may be required for urgent support.
  • On-site role with potential for hybrid work depending on company policy.
