What the role involves: The IT Coordinator will work closely with the IT Development manager and IT team to provide communications support for general IT conferences, and maintenance of communication with IT team.

Understand the requirement from Stackholder in Korea (Business / production / development team)
Coorporate with Vietnam development team to analyse the requirement and scope
Follow up on project progress and track key milestones with HQ.
Identify potential risks and issues and escalate them to the Project Manager for resolution.
Collaborate with other departments/ team members to ensure tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Assist in creating project–related documents such as requirements documents, user stories, and specifications.
Project status reports, highlighting progress, and proposed solutions.

Fluent Korean Communications (Native Level)
Fluent in one of these languages Vietnamese or English.
Ability to function independently with limited direction.
Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Ability to communicate and build effective working relationships across diverse audiences.
