1. With projects

• Be business partner to understand business insights to proactively propose system solutions.
• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with Application Development Manager and IT project manager to develop system/application for business needs.
• Ensure meeting deadline and quality standards
• Engage in team communication for driving IT projects: monitor communication flow, list of next actions during requirements analysis and testing.

2. Development process

• Support mobile application projects and analyze solutions for internal business requirements.
• Illustrate and develop ideas using storyboards, process flows, UI mockups and prototypes…
• Follow the development process and ensure that the specifications are met.

3. Test & BRD

• Test the software and write user documentation and user’s manuals

1. Education Background

• University Degree in IT or related fields

2. Main requirements

• At least 2 years’ experience in a Technical Business Analyst role
• Good communication
• Strong analytical thinking and business process understanding
• Experience in the same or similar business analyst in finance/ banking is preferred
• Have knowledge and write BRD/ FSD
• Experience in data modeling and PL/SQL
• Having knowledge development processing
• Having knowledge and able to understand technical design and common technologies (System Architect, SQL, API,...) is preferred. Be able to write system workflow
• Be able to write test case and execute the test
• Be able to use English at work.
• Be able to work in team or work independently

3. Others

• Experience in Project Lifecycle methodologies (Agile, PMP) is preferred
• Experience with non-functional aspects (security, performance and scalability) is preferred
