Trách nhiệm công việc
- Develop and implement the company’s digital strategy and performance management initiatives.
- Oversee operational workflows and resource allocation to ensure key performance targets are met.
- Lead cross-functional teams using Agile methodology to achieve growth, risk control, and customer service goals.
- Drive the digitalization and standardization of front- and back-office processes.
- Supervise internal control, compliance, and regulatory governance.
Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn
- Bachelor's degree or above in Insurance, Business Administration, Finance, Law, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the non-life insurance industry, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Solid understanding of general insurance products, distribution strategies, operational procedures, and relevant regulations.
- Strong skills in English communication, presentation, and project management. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
- Independent thinker with demonstrated leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience working in overseas or multicultural environments is highly desirable.
- Preferred: Hands-on experience in digital transformation, core system implementation, or automation projects in the insurance sector.
- Preferred: Familiarity with ASEAN insurance markets or practical experience in the region.
