Vinova is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on handling inbound inquiries, nurturing existing customer relationships, and driving sales growth through engagement with both inbound leads and existing clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and possess a strong ability to identify customer needs, ensuring they receive the best solutions Vinova can offer.

Trách nhiệm công việc

  • Manage inbound inquiries, responding promptly and professionally to potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting appropriate solutions.
  • Engage with existing customers, building and maintaining long-term relationships to drive repeat business, upsell opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct product and service presentations, delivering tailored presentations to prospective clients showcasing Vinova’s mobile and web development services.
  • Prepare quotations and proposals, working closely with the technical teams to prepare customized offerings that meet client requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all client needs are met and projects are delivered successfully.
  • Follow up with clients, addressing questions, concerns, and providing additional information as needed.
  • Monitor client satisfaction by resolving issues and proactively offering solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Contribute to sales growth by nurturing existing accounts and converting inbound leads into customers.
  • Support administrative tasks by keeping track of sales activities, updating CRM systems, and maintaining accurate sales records.

Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of inside sales or customer service experience within the IT industry, focusing on handling inbound inquiries or working with existing clients.
  • Experience in IT consulting or IT application development is a plus.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and a customer-first attitude.
  • A self-starter with the ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks simultaneously.
