Quản lý và điều phối nhóm phát triển, đồng thời giám sát tiến độ dự án để đảm bảo sự thành công và chất lượng sản phẩm.
Đề xuất và phát triển các tùy chỉnh sáng tạo dựa trên yêu cầu của khách hàng, tối ưu hóa các chức năng và tính năng của Salesforce.
Chịu trách nhiệm toàn diện cho thiết kế, lập trình, kiểm tra và triển khai trên nền tảng Salesforce.
Tương tác và tư vấn kỹ thuật cho khách hàng thông qua các kênh giao tiếp đa dạng như email, điện thoại, trò chuyện trực tuyến và hội nghị video.

Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions for Japanese clients to meet their highest needs and expectations.
Manage and coordinate the development team while overseeing project progress to ensure success and product quality.
Propose and develop innovative customizations based on client requirements, optimizing the functions and features of Salesforce.
Take full responsibility for design, programming, testing, and deployment on the Salesforce platform.
Interact and provide technical consulting to clients through various communication channels like email, phone, online chat, and video conferencing.

Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn

Kinh nghiệm phát triển trên nền tảng Salesforce từ 4-8 năm.
Kiến thức vững chắc về công nghệ Salesforce, bao gồm Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, và API.
Kinh nghiệm trong cấu hình, tùy chỉnh và tạo báo cáo trong môi trường Salesforce.
Kỹ năng quản lý nhóm hiệu quả và nâng cao tinh thần đồng đội.
Kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề và khả năng đáp ứng nhanh chóng các yêu cầu của khách hàng.
Giao tiếp tốt với khách hàng Nhật Bản; khả năng sử dụng tiếng Nhật là một lợi thế.
Chứng chỉ Salesforce (Developer I, Developer II, v.v.) và bằng JLPT N3 trở lên sẽ được ưu tiên.

4-8 years of experience in Salesforce development.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce technology, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and APIs.
Experience in configuration, customization, and report creation within the Salesforce environment.
Effective team management skills and the ability to boost team spirit.
Problem-solving skills and a quick response to client demands.
Good communication with Japanese clients; proficiency in Japanese is a plu
Salesforce certifications (Developer I, Developer II, etc.) and JLPT N3 or higher will be prioritized.

Bachelor in Information Technology
