Vai trò & trách nhiệm của bạn

Make HSE Management Plan, HSE Management Procedure, Environmental Management procedures, Potential Risk Register, Potential Risk Mitigation Plan, HSE Audit Plan/Procedure and any other HSE related documents.
Prepare HSE management system and operate as key personnel.
Manage Risk Assessment within the factory, and hold relevant meeting, workshop internally and with related 3rd parties.
Enforce and audit activities to ensure it meets ACTION design criteria and other HSE guideline.
Prepare and manage required documents for related internal/external audit and process it.
Develop training programme and conduct emergency response training to related staffs in the factory.
Provide the professional measures against technical problems.
Report to BOD and HR Manager.

Kỹ năng & trình độ của bạn

At least 5 years of working experience as HSE in Manufacturing companies.
Must have proven experience and successful execution of environmental, safety, and health/hygiene aspects.
Solid knowledge and experience in labor law, knowledge in buildup regulation, SOP, WI in assignment duty
Preferably experience in an international environment/organization
Knowledge about ISO 14000 / ISO 45000.
Training skill is required
Know international standard
Good at Computer and English speaking skills.
Preferring candidate living in Long Thanh/ Nhon Trach or flexible location.
