HR & Administrators manage a broad spectrum of administrative duties within a company and must possess strong organizational and prioritization skills.

Trách nhiệm công việc

  • Ensuring prompt and precise updates to the HR information system/database, covering all aspects of employee personal data and documentation related to the employee full cycle.
  • Managing accurate and timely actions regarding the enrollment, termination, and updating of employee details for Company and Social Insurance.
  • Procuring office supplies, equipment, and services as needed.
  • Organization of Company/departmental events and ensuring the accurate and timely upkeep of budgets for parties, team building, and events, along with the proper organization of expense reports, correspondence, and billing records.
  • Handling office premises management, including oversight of utilities, broadband, and vendor relations, overseeing the inventory of office supplies
  • Approximately 30% of the role will be dedicated to recruitment activities, which involve preparing meeting rooms, assisting candidates, and providing them with information regarding interviews.
  • Executing additional duties as delegated by the HR Lead.

Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn

  • Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a field that is closely related.
  • 6 months – 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven expertise in managing sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • The capacity to autonomously manage work and efficiently organize various tasks in a dynamic setting.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility Skills.
