CUSTOMER VALUE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST: Customers don’t just want products - they want relevance. In this role, you’ll drive transformation and shape customer journey to deliver the right product to the right person at the right time.

- Plan and execute the CRM campaigns by identifying customer needs through data and recommending targeted actions to boost engagement.
- Do the campaign analysis and A/B testing to drive continuous optimization and improvement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to roll out campaigns which ensure customer-centric and business-aligned outcomes.

University graduate with GPA of 3/4 and 7.5/10 and less than 2-year working experience.
Proficient in English with a level of IELTS 6.5 or equivalent.
Passion for financial products, with a focus on improving customer experience and operational performance through product and lifecycle enhancements.
Strong logical thinking, problem-solving skills, communication & presentation skills to detect the business situation then propose positive changes.
Effectively work both in a team & on your own.
Willingness to learn & absorb new knowledge.
