Digital Brand Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute digital branding strategies across multiple online platforms, ensuring consistent brand positioning, storytelling, and customer engagement.
Multi-channel Digital Campaign Management: Manage integrated brand campaigns across SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, and Display channels to increase brand awareness and consideration.
Marketing Performance Analytics & Optimization: Establish, monitor, and analyze key marketing performance indicators such as Conversion Rate, Return on Ad Spend, Customer Acquisition Cost, and Customer Lifetime Value; apply data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns.
Marketing Budget Management & Resource Allocation: Develop comprehensive marketing plans and manage budgets to ensure effective resource allocation, strict cost control, and alignment with strategic business objectives.
Cross-functional Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with internal departments and external agencies to plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and quality execution.
Content Strategy & Creative Production Oversight: Oversee end-to-end content strategy and creative production processes, ensuring all content assets align with brand guidelines, engage target audiences, and are optimized for each communication channel.
Leadership & Team Development: Lead, coach, and develop a professional marketing team, fostering a collaborative and creative culture that drives productivity and continuous personal growth.
Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Over 6 years of working experience, including at least 4 years in brand management and digital communication roles within companies in the digital, technology or E-commerce sectors.
Exceptional creative and strategic thinking skills, with proven ability to plan and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.
Proficient in data analytics tools and marketing support software.
Strong multitasking ability, flexible problem-solving skills, and proven capacity to perform effectively in a high-pressure environment.
Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills; outstanding communication, negotiation, and professional relationship-building capabilities.
