BrSE is responsible for bridging between Japanese customers and offshore project teams in Vietnam, being able to work short term 2-3 months or long term >1 year in Japan when necessary and be able to support pre-sales activities for example study requirements, do estimation, technical proposal, etc.

Communicate with Japanese customers on all project – related matters
Manage project or work closely with Project Manager to monitor and control project
Translate, analyze and transfer customer’s requests to project team members during the whole development process
Frequently and actively contact with customers to clarify and prepare detailed requirement contents.

Must have:

From 2 years of working experience as BrSE.
Good Japanese communication skill with N2 or higher
Bachelor Degree major in IT - Good understanding of the software development process with knowledge of programming languages
Hand-on experience in one of the common programming languages: C#, Java.
