- We are seeking a driven and agile Cost & Contract professional to join our team within a dynamic real estate development environment.
- The successful candidate will support the management of project costs, contracts, and procurement processes to ensure financial efficiency and contractual compliance across real estate projects.
- This role involves close collaboration with project development teams, vendors, legal, and finance departments to maintain budget control, manage risks, and optimize procurement activities.

Your role & responsibilities
Liaise and coordinate works with QS consultant.
Coordinate, partner with, and support the project development team on all costing and contract aspects.
Coordinate with the Procurement team for contract planning, contract procurement and contract award.
Perform tender evaluation and tender negotiation.
Perform feasibility studies and budget planning.
Perform Final of Account for contracts with consultants, contractors and suppliers.
Perform budget control, contract variation and Value Engineering.
Perform timely and correct contract payment to vendor.
Build up and maintain cost information/data from completed projects.
Report to Deputy Head of Cost & Contract.

Your skills & qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or other construction related degree.
At least 05 years of working experience in a Real Estate Industry, with the last 2 years in similar position.
Solid understanding in FIDIC Conditions of Contract.
Strong knowledge in Construction Cost Pricing.
Meticulous, analytical, resourceful, passionate, high integrity and highly result driven to succeed.
Excellent interpersonal skills to deal with colleagues of other departments, a team player.
