Creative Development & Execution
Design marketing and campaign materials including KVs, social posts, POSM, digital banners, and more
Develop design layouts, illustrations, infographics, and visual assets in line with brand guidelines
Translate creative concepts or briefs into compelling visual executions across multiple platforms
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams to understand design needs and deliverables
Collaborate with Copywriters, Motion Designers, and external partners/freelancers when needed
Participate in brainstorms and creative reviews to bring ideas and feedback to life
Brand Consistency & Quality Control
Ensure all designs are aligned with brand visual identity and tone
Maintain a high standard of visual execution, attention to detail, and creative storytelling
Help evolve and refresh visual systems as the brand grows
Asset Management
Organize and maintain design files, templates, and shared assets
Support versioning and adaptations across different formats, languages, or channels
