• Bring our culture to life: Create visuals that connect and inspire. From employer branding campaigns and onboarding materials to internal events and daily touchpoints, your work helps define how FireGroup feels from the inside out.

• At least 3 years of experience in Graphic Design or a related creative field. Your portfolio should demonstrate skill, thoughtfulness, and meaningful impact.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere.
• A strong eye for aesthetics, supported by a solid foundation in UX/UI and human-centered design.
• Experience using motion graphics and video editing tools such as Premiere or CapCut.
• Basic knowledge of photography and photo editing to help capture and enhance real moments.
• A proactive mindset. You take initiative, solve problems, and take responsibility for your work.
• A collaborative attitude. You value teamwork, communicate openly, and welcome feedback.
• Strong time management skills. You can balance multiple projects without compromising creativity or quality.
