1. A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Data Analysis, Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
2. More than 1 year of experience in performance marketing, focus on conversion objective
3. Proven track record of driving significant growth and achieving outstanding results in performance marketing campaigns.
4. Strong analytical skills and ability to extract valuable insights from data to optimize campaigns and deliver business outcomes.
5. Familiarity with performance marketing metrics such as ROAS, CPA, LTV, and conversion rates.
6. Experience in the e-commerce industry, agency marketing, or game studio is a plus.
