• Have basic knowledge of programming and software development (through school or online/offline courses).
• Familiar with data structures, algorithms, and databases.
• Students in their 3rd or 4th year majoring in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Interested in backend development, system design, and scalable architectures.
• Willing to learn new technologies and take on challenges in a real-world working environment.
