What is Game Creative?

Game creative refers to creative advertising materials produced for the marketing and promotion of games. This includes various elements such as game ad videos and playables, focusing on effectively delivering the game’s appeal and features to drive user engagement.

Trách nhiệm công việc

Plan video and playable ad creatives and establish advertising strategies.
Analyze the performance of past ad creatives and develop future execution plans based on the findings.
Discover new ad creative ideas, benchmark competitors’ ad materials, and analyze market trends.
Work closely with the creative production team, UA team, and development team to produce optimized ad creatives.

Kỹ năng & Chuyên môn

A “hacker mindset” with a tendency to deeply dive into one subject.
Strong logical and analytical thinking skills, with curiosity about both results and root causes.
Frequent consumer of short-form content such as TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.
Comfortable working in a self-directed environment and able to work in a well-organized manner.
Korean language proficiency TOPIK level 6 (required)

Nice to have

Ability to communicate in business-level English.
