Vai trò & trách nhiệm của bạn

Coach, develop and motivate field payment advisors to enhance their productivity & commitment.
Analyze reports to understand business efficiency & commitment of field payment advisors.
Propose and analyze of key performance indicators and trends.
Manage and upgrade early as well as late payment advisory processes.
Capacity planning to support business expansion.
Manage & audit field payment advisory processes in provinces.
Involve in headcount planning & recruitment of field payment advisors to ensure proper workforce selection & allocation.
Other tasks assigned by leaders.

Kỹ năng & trình độ của bạn

University degree;
Having experience in Finance/ Banking firms;
Demonstrate knowledge of legal rights related to financial domain;
Strong communication, prove ability to work effectively with a large-scale team and build good network with local authorities;
Strong problem-solving skill;
Be able to analyze reports;
Flexible & willing to travel frequently;
Effective English for business.
