1. Materials/ equipment purchasing
- Manage all process of purchasing non-merchandising materials and equipment for both store and HQ such as plastic bag, weigh label, printing form, chemicals, seal & money bag, stationery, IT equipment etc.
- Maintain the good relationship with long-term suppliers and frequently evaluate their price, quality and after sales service.
- Look for new suppliers to expand the supplier network and secure the source of supplies.
- Receive and consider proposal of Admin store and other departments to make suitable changes for stores.
- Support Admin store any other matters arising.
2. Office management
- Receive and transfer incoming telephone calls.
- Manage office‘s cleanliness, tidiness and full of supplies.
- Prepare facility, cards and stationery for new staff; follow to receive them back when staff resign.
- Manage office’s equipment and function rooms to ensure they are in good conditions and available for users
- Arrange air ticket, hotel, transportation means, and insurance for staff going on business trip.
- Manage company car booking, posts and cargoes.
- Manage the timely payments for office expense: electricity, water, gas, telephone & internet, taxi, post and cargo fee, apartment lease fee, car rental fee.
- Assist in administration duties such as visa, work permit, residence card processing
3. Others
- Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Facility Management Manager
