Vai trò & trách nhiệm của bạn

1. Materials/ equipment purchasing

  • Manage all process of purchasing non-merchandising materials and equipment for both store and HQ such as plastic bag, weigh label, printing form, chemicals, seal & money bag, stationery, IT equipment etc.
  • Maintain the good relationship with long-term suppliers and frequently evaluate their price, quality and after sales service.
  • Look for new suppliers to expand the supplier network and secure the source of supplies.
  • Receive and consider proposal of Admin store and other departments to make suitable changes for stores.
  • Support Admin store any other matters arising.

2. Office management

  • Receive and transfer incoming telephone calls.
  • Manage office‘s cleanliness, tidiness and full of supplies.
  • Prepare facility, cards and stationery for new staff; follow to receive them back when staff resign.
  • Manage office’s equipment and function rooms to ensure they are in good conditions and available for users
  • Arrange air ticket, hotel, transportation means, and insurance for staff going on business trip.
  • Manage company car booking, posts and cargoes.
  • Manage the timely payments for office expense: electricity, water, gas, telephone & internet, taxi, post and cargo fee, apartment lease fee, car rental fee.
  • Assist in administration duties such as visa, work permit, residence card processing

3. Others

  • Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Facility Management Manager

  • University degree.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Good problem solving skills.
  • Detail oriented and be able to handle multi-tasks.
  • Good organizing and time-management skills.
  • Computer literate: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet.
