Research and develop new materials or improve existing ones to meet design and manufacturing requirements while optimizing costs.
Develop testing procedures for physical, mechanical, chemical, and environmental properties of materials and products.
Analyze material characteristics such as tensile strength, compression, impact resistance, hardness, fatigue resistance, corrosion resistance, and thermal deformation.
Conduct aging, corrosion, impact, vibration, sealing, adhesion, and heat resistance tests on material and component samples.
Provide material engineering support to design and production teams to ensure proper material selection for specific applications.
Supervise and guide the operation of the testing laboratory, equipment calibration, and sample storage in compliance with relevant standards.
Prepare test reports, analyze data, and propose improvement or preventive measures for material-related issues.

Nghiên cứu và phát triển vật liệu mới hoặc cải tiến vật liệu hiện có, phục vụ yêu cầu thiết kế, chế tạo và tối ưu chi phí.
Xây dựng quy trình thử nghiệm vật lý, cơ lý, hóa học, môi trường cho vật liệu và sản phẩm.
Phân tích đặc tính vật liệu: độ bền kéo, nén, va đập, độ cứng, khả năng chịu mỏi, ăn mòn, biến dạng nhiệt…
Thực hiện thử nghiệm lão hóa, ăn mòn, va chạm, rung động, độ kín, độ bám dính, độ chịu nhiệt… trên mẫu linh kiện và vật liệu.
Tư vấn kỹ thuật vật liệu cho bộ phận thiết kế và công nghệ sản xuất nhằm chọn đúng vật liệu phù hợp ứng dụng.
Hướng dẫn và kiểm soát việc vận hành phòng thử nghiệm, hiệu chuẩn thiết bị, lưu trữ mẫu thử theo tiêu chuẩn.
Xây dựng báo cáo kết quả thử nghiệm, phân tích số liệu, đề xuất giải pháp cải tiến hoặc phòng ngừa lỗi liên quan đến vật liệu.

Kỹ năng & trình độ của bạn
Professional background: Bachelor degree in Materials Engineering, Chemistry, Material Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, Polymer and Composite Materials, or Surface Engineering.
Experience: At least 5 to 10 years of experience in engineering materials research and in conducting physical, mechanical, and chemical tests.
Age, health conditions: From 35 years old.
Work attitude: Detail-oriented, honest, scientific mindset and strong compliance with standards and regulations.
Abilities of Leadership & Management: Organize and implement applied research programs on new materials for industrial products.
Professional competencies (Expertise, Skills):
In-depth understanding of the mechanical, physical, chemical, and thermal properties of metallic and non-metallic materials.
Capable of analyzing material failures using scientific and experimental methods.
Thorough knowledge of international testing standards.

Trình độ chuyên môn: Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên các chuyên ngành: Điện tử, Viễn thông, Kỹ thuật điện, Công nghệ chất bán dẫn hoặc các ngành liên quan.
Kinh nghiệm: Tối thiểu 5–10 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực nghiên cứu vật liệu kỹ thuật và thử nghiệm vật lý – cơ lý – hóa học.
Độ tuổi, sức khoẻ: Từ 35 tuổi trở lên, Sức khỏe tốt.
Thái độ làm việc: Trung thực, có tinh thần nghiên cứu khoa học và tuân thủ quy chuẩn.
Năng lực Lãnh đạo và Quản trị: Tổ chức triển khai các chương trình nghiên cứu ứng dụng vật liệu mới cho sản phẩm công nghiệp.
Năng lực chuyên môn (Nghề nghiệp, Kỹ năng):
Am hiểu sâu đặc tính cơ – lý – hóa – nhiệt của vật liệu kim loại và phi kim.
Có khả năng phân tích lỗi vật liệu bằng các phương pháp khoa học và thực nghiệm.
