Design circuit schematics, PCB layout, select components, and use electronic design support software (CAD, PCB design).
Develop manufacturing processes, control quality, and resolve technical issues arising during the production of electronic circuit boards.
Participate in researching and applying new technologies in the semiconductor field to improve product efficiency and quality.
Provide technical support and technology transfer to the production team, supervising compliance with technical procedures.
Train and guide technical staff on electronic circuit board design and manufacturing technologies.
Report work progress, research results, and improvement proposals to management.

Phân tích yêu cầu kỹ thuật và đặc tính sản phẩm để đề xuất giải pháp thiết kế bo mạch điện tử phù hợp với công nghệ chất bán dẫn.
Thiết kế sơ đồ mạch điện, layout bo mạch, lựa chọn linh kiện và phần mềm hỗ trợ thiết kế điện tử (CAD, PCB design).
Phát triển quy trình sản xuất, kiểm soát chất lượng và xử lý các vấn đề kỹ thuật phát sinh trong quá trình sản xuất bo mạch điện tử.
Tham gia nghiên cứu và ứng dụng các công nghệ mới trong lĩnh vực chất bán dẫn nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả và chất lượng sản phẩm.

Kỹ năng & trình độ của bạn
Professional background: Graduated in majors such as Electronics, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Technology, or other related fields.
Experience: At least 5–7 years of experience in the design and manufacturing of semiconductor and electronic circuit boards. Experience in project management, new product development, and technology transfer is an advance.
Age, health conditions: From 35 years old
Work attitude: Strong sense of responsibility and proactive in work.
Abilities of Leadership & Management: Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and train engineering teams.
Professional competencies (Expertise, Skills):
In-depth knowledge of electronic circuit design, PCB technology, and semiconductor materials.
Strong understanding of PCB manufacturing processes and quality control procedures.

Trình độ chuyên môn: Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên các chuyên ngành: Điện tử, Viễn thông, Kỹ thuật điện, Công nghệ chất bán dẫn hoặc các ngành liên quan.
Kinh nghiệm: Ít nhất 5-7 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực thiết kế và sản xuất bo mạch điện tử chất bán dẫn. Kinh nghiệm quản lý dự án, phát triển sản phẩm mới và chuyển giao công nghệ là một lợi thế.
