We are looking for an experienced ERP Systems Engineer to support, maintain, and enhance our Global Shop ERP environment. In this role, you will work closely with business users and technical teams across the United States to ensure the ERP system effectively supports manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, purchasing, and finance operations.
Candidates with experience in Global Shop ERP are highly preferred. Experience with similar Manufacturing ERP platforms is also welcomed.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.
- Configure ERP modules and troubleshoot system issues.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Finance teams.
- Work with US stakeholders to implement system enhancements and process improvements.
- Monitor ERP performance and ensure system reliability.
- Coordinate system testing, upgrades, and deployments.
- Create technical and functional documentation.
- Assist with ERP integrations and data migration activities.
- Provide user training and technical support when required.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience supporting or implementing ERP systems.
- Experience with Global Shop ERP is highly preferred.
- Candidates with experience in SAP, Oracle, Epicor, Infor, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Plex, or other Manufacturing ERP systems are encouraged to apply.
- Strong understanding of Manufacturing and Supply Chain business processes.
- Experience with SQL, database concepts, or ERP integrations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Comfortable working with US-based teams during overlapping business hours.
Preferred Qualifications
- ERP implementation experience.
- Manufacturing industry experience.
- API or integration experience.
- Knowledge of reporting tools and Business Intelligence.
