- The Engineer Manager is responsible for managing an organization of several development squads
- Build self-organized, highly engaged and performant development teams
- Provide agile best practices for continuously delivering value to customers
- Coach development teams in applying Scrum, NodeJS, ReactJS
- Manage the employee career development
- Collaborate across functions including areas outside of Tech
- Drive and facilitate organizational changes Align development processes across the teams
- Encourage cross-team collaboration
- Build a team culture of measured, continuous improvement
- Collaborate on delivery roadmaps with Product Owners, Tech Leaders, to ensure the teams have clear directions and priorities
- Workload: Tech lead: 50%, Team Managemnet: 50%

Kỹ năng & trình độ của bạn
- 3+ years of experience in managing software development teams
- Experience working with international clients and on/ offshore working model
- Strong knowledge in software engineering processes
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent problem solving & communication skills
- Excellent customer and internal team relationship building skills
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, dedication, and commitment
- Fluent in English is a plus
