Define and maintain the project's test strategy based on the organizational test strategy, taking into account project-specific requirements and tailoring test activities accordingly.
Define and maintain the project test plan, including test scope, schedule, and resource allocation.
Define test activities and assign tasks to test designers within the project team.
Ensure testing activities are tightly integrated with software development across all project phases.
Coach and support project team members on quality-related aspects of engineering processes.
Clarify and analyze requirements to ensure correct and complete understanding before testing.
Develop test cases using defined test methods, including high-level test designs and detailed test specifications.
Select and maintain relevant test cases for regression testing.
Execute test cases, document test results, and report detected defects/issues. Estimate effort for testing tasks.
Organize and conduct reviews of test specifications.
Set up and manage test environments, including: - SIL (Software-in-the-Loop) - HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop)

Kỹ năng & trình độ của bạn

Experience in software testing.
Solid knowledge of microcontrollers and embedded systems.
Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Hands-on experience with emulators, simulators, debugging tools, and test equipment.
Self-driven mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Good teamwork, time management, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
Ability to engage team members, foster motivation, and support competency development.
Nice to have: Programming skills in C / C++ / Python / VBA / Perl, scripting languages, and API programming.
Fluent English communication skills (equivalent to B2 level)
