Analysis, design, develop training materials, courses
- Identify training goals and target audience
- Work with subject matter experts to design& develop lecture content, training materials
- Develop and standardize learning materials used in lessons such as Lesson plan - Slide – Video, manual document, etc
- Design interactive learning activities
Implement and evaluate the course
- Coordinate with LMS system administrators to deploy EL courses
- Collaborate with trainers to evaluate and improve existing learning materials to optimize students' learning experience
- Monitor the course performance, feedback, and comments of learners; adjust the content
Design other products
- Receive requests and design other products to serve work in addition to training material (background, standee….)
Other
- Research new teaching research methods and trends in Learning Design in Vietnam and around the world.
- Manage projects from design to implementation, including timeline and quality assurance for assigned activities
- Other tasks to be assigned by Line Manager
