Analyze and monitor core O2O metrics: booking volume, customer retention, tasker utilization & acceptance rate, completion rate, cancellation reasons, average task value, and online-to-offline service delivery performance.
Build and maintain insightful dashboards and automated reports (Looker, Tableau, or Metabase) for leadership and cross-functional teams.
Conduct deep-dive analyses on key business topics such as demand forecasting by service type and city, tasker supply-demand balancing, pricing & incentive optimization, customer acquisition & churn, and service quality.
Work closely with Data Engineers to ensure data models accurately reflect bTaskee’s business logic (customer-tasker-service-time-location) and to define new metrics or dimensions when needed.
Support A/B tests and experimentation for new features (e.g., smart matching, subscription plans, or service bundling).
Identify data quality issues and collaborate with the engineering team to improve data accuracy and completeness.
Perform geospatial and time-based analysis to optimize tasker allocation and service coverage across districts and cities.
Present findings and actionable recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.

Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Data Analyst
Strong proficiency with BI and visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent)
Advanced SQL - writing complex, optimized queries on very large datasets
Working knowledge of data modeling - understanding of dimensional modeling (Star/Snowflake schema), fact and dimension tables, and how data is structured for analysis
Working familiarity with big data concepts and tools - experience querying data warehouses/lakes (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift), basic PySpark or Spark SQL, and understanding of partitioned tables, streaming data (Kafka), and ETL concepts
Python (pandas, numpy) for advanced analysis and automation
Strong problem-solving skills, product mindset, and ability to make pragmatic technical decisions under time pressure
