• Design and optimize UI/UX for desktop, mobile, and website applications, ensuring responsive and user-friendly designs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and maintain the design system.
• Design marketing materials such as key visuals, banners, social posts, and video advertisements.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement designs, enhance user experience, and support offshore projects and internal events.
• Stay updated on design trends and web technologies, applying improvements based on user feedback and analytic

• Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator (or similar).
• At least 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio.
• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and iOS/Android platform guidelines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to manage time and meet deadlines.

Prefer:

• Experience working in a Japanese company or understanding Japanese design styles is a plus.
• Familiarity with web marketing and direction is an advantage.
• Knowledge of web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP) is an advantage.
• Experience in WordPress customization and SEO measures is an advantage.
