Analyze customer issues, troubleshoot problems, and collaborate with the technical team to provide timely and effective solutions.
Guide customers toward achieving their desired setup results, offering advice and recommendations for optimal app usage.
Assist the development team in gathering customer feedback, refining the product backlog, and conducting product testing.
Develop and update knowledge base articles, FAQs, and support guides to empower customers to find solutions independently.

Kỹ năng & trình độ của bạn
Proficiency in English, with an IELTS score of 6.0 – 7.0 or a TOEIC score of 685 – 830.
Have strong communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
Experience in customer service or teaching (tutor, teaching assistant).
A minimum of 6 months of experience in Technology, E-commerce, or Marketing (preferred).
A major in English Linguistics and Literature (preferred).
