  • Act as the main contact for parents and tutors via phone, email, chat, and messaging
  • Handle class bookings, schedule changes, payment issues, and general inquiries
  • Work with our internal team to resolve issues quickly and smoothly
  • Keep records organized and escalate urgent or special cases as needed

Kỹ năng & trình độ của bạn
  • Are fluent in English and Vietnamese
  • Are an excellent communicator — empathetic, calm, and solution-driven
  • Have 1+ year of experience in customer service, admin, or education
  • Enjoy team collaboration and are comfortable with rotating responsibilities

Quyền lợi
  • Monthly Gross Salary: 10,000,000 – 15,000,000 VND
  • Probation: 85% of salary during the first 2 months
  • Compensation based on experience and performance

  • Work Schedule: 5.5 days/week
  • Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (lunch 12–1 PM)
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (remote option available)
