Your role & responsibilities

Supervise event concept development and proposal creation, ensuring both strategic alignment and originality.
Conduct in-depth research on event trends, audience behavior, and brand positioning.
Collaborate with the Art Design and Show & Visual teams to create cohesive and engaging event storytelling.
Develop clear, well-structured proposal presentations to increase client pitching success.
Confidently present event concepts and creative strategies in English to clients and senior stakeholders.
Ensure proposals consistently maintain high standards of creativity, innovation, and feasibility.
Support the mentoring and guidance of junior planners.

Your skills & qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in Creative Planning or a similar role at an event agency.
Strong strategic thinking, creativity, and a sharp eye for event trends.
Excellent storytelling, writing, and presentation skills.
Fluent in English, with strong public speaking and communication abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and customer insights for strategic recommendations.
Proactive, adaptable, and highly responsible in delivering high-quality work.

Salary: Negotiable (hiring all level)
Holiday Bonus: 1–3 million VND for national holidays.
Year-end Bonus: 13th-month salary + project bonus + KPI bonus (total equivalent to 3 months’ salary or more).
