1. Creative Concept & Visual Direction

  • Develop creative ideas and visual directions for social, digital campaigns, and other business units.
  • Translate briefs into strategic and high-impact visual solutions that align with brand positioning and campaign objectives.
  • Ensure consistency and high quality across all creative outputs and brand identity systems.

2. Design & Motion Content Production

  • Design and produce key visuals, social posts, digital banners, video ads and other marketing materials.
  • Create motion graphics, simple animations, and short-form videos for social and digital platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with Content, Digital, and Production teams to optimize visuals for campaign effectiveness.

3. Creative Innovation & Trend Awareness

  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, social content formats, and emerging digital aesthetics.
  • Continuously explore and diversify design styles to keep creative outputs fresh and relevant.

4. Teamwork & Reporting

  • Report to the Art Director and collaborate with internal teams to deliver work on time and meet requirements.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and support creative concept development.
  • Lead and guide Executive, Intern through feedback and knowledge sharing.

Kỹ năng & trình độ của bạn

1. Expertise:

  • Minimum 3 years of design experience; preference given to candidates with a background in luxury, jewelry, or high-end lifestyle sectors.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator at a production-ready level.
  • Strong command of design principles: visual hierarchy, composition, color theory, and typography.

2. Visual Thinking - Mandatory Requirements:

  • Ability to interpret concepts and moodboards, with the capacity to envision appropriate visual directions.
  • Deep understanding of the rationale behind design decisions - designs must be driven by logic and explainable intent, rather than purely subjective aesthetics.
  • Possess a strong visual point of view; confident in proposing and defending creative ideas within a collaborative team environment.

3. Attitude & Workflow:

  • Self-motivated in task management and proactive in navigating workflows.
  • Strong ability to process briefs and effectively "fill in the gaps" when information is incomplete.
  • A portfolio that clearly demonstrates a sophisticated aesthetic sense: mastery of negative space, refined color palettes, and depth in composition.
