1. Creative Concept & Visual Direction
- Develop creative ideas and visual directions for social, digital campaigns, and other business units.
- Translate briefs into strategic and high-impact visual solutions that align with brand positioning and campaign objectives.
- Ensure consistency and high quality across all creative outputs and brand identity systems.
2. Design & Motion Content Production
- Design and produce key visuals, social posts, digital banners, video ads and other marketing materials.
- Create motion graphics, simple animations, and short-form videos for social and digital platforms.
- Collaborate closely with Content, Digital, and Production teams to optimize visuals for campaign effectiveness.
3. Creative Innovation & Trend Awareness
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, social content formats, and emerging digital aesthetics.
- Continuously explore and diversify design styles to keep creative outputs fresh and relevant.
4. Teamwork & Reporting
- Report to the Art Director and collaborate with internal teams to deliver work on time and meet requirements.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and support creative concept development.
- Lead and guide Executive, Intern through feedback and knowledge sharing.
