Lead the content labeling team with a focus on operational excellence and ecosystem health;
Stay updated on platform trends and user behavior to ensure labeling aligns with current content dynamics;
Work closely with Data science, Product and Content operation teams to refine labeling guidelines by phrases and improve AI models;
Define and optimize video labelling guidelines;
Assist development teams by supplying meticulously labeled datasets to facilitate AI training and content disstribution related projects;
Ensure the accuracy and consistency of labeled data by conducting regular quality audits; along with identify inefficiencies in the labeling process and propose improvements to enhance productivity and accuracy.

Your skills & qualifications
At least 3+ years experience in data labelling, content moderation or video curation.
Knowledge of platform-specific algorithms and user engagement strategies.
