1. Creative & IMC Execution

  • Collaborate with the internal Creative Studio team, agencies, and production partners to execute all creative deliverables such as Key Visuals, TVCs, social assets, digital banners, and OOH.
  • Develop detailed integrated marketing communication (IMC) plans, coordinating between internal channels (Performance, Social, LCM, Internal Comms) and external partners (OOH, PR, Media, Tiktok, etc.).
  • Ensure creativity, brand consistency, and output quality in accordance with Brand Guidelines.
  • Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and performance across individual channels as well as the overall campaign.

2. Partnership Development & Experiment Projects

  • Plan and implement brand partnership activities with strategic partners such as other brands, businesses, communities, and universities.
  • Initiate and execute new marketing experiment projects (co-branding, barter, on-ground activation, etc.) to enhance brand awareness and affinity.
  • Monitor results, draw learnings, and propose new directions to optimize effectiveness and cost efficiency.

3. Campaign Management & Evaluation

  • Track, consolidate, and evaluate campaign performance through brand and media metrics.
  • Coordinate Brand Health Check, Consumer Survey, and Post-Campaign Review to gain user insights and apply learnings to future optimization.

4. Cross-Function Collaboration

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure overall alignment and efficiency.
  • Connect and synchronize brand campaign activities with other initiatives to optimize resources and costs.

Kỹ năng & trình độ của bạn
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Brand, Partnership, or Activation roles with proven experience in executing large-scale brand campaigns or brand collaboration projects.

  • Strong understanding of IMC planning, media landscape, media booking, and creative production processes.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and partner management skills.

  • Fast, practical thinker who enjoys experimenting and measuring outcomes.

  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Logical and systematic mindset with clear brand image orientation, attention to detail, and results-driven approach.

  • Possess a “can-do” spirit, good self-management, persistence, and resilience toward goals.

  • Formally trained in Marketing, Communications, or Journalism with strong strategic marketing thinking and content direction aligned with brand objectives.

  • Experience or practical understanding of the real estate market is an advantage.
