Identify issues, implement debugging process, investigate root causes and contribute to address or propose solutions to resolve issues before launching in production
Identify issues and potential opportunities to improve the customer on-boarding process.
Proactively escalate/share inputs with product managers, to accommodate needed changes into product roadmap
Facilitate events of product and functionality tests with customers, volunteers and staff
Present data, recommendations to stakeholders
Other tasks, as per assignment of upper manager

University degree in MIS, IT, statistics, Banking, Finance or its equivalent.
At least 01 -03 years’ experience in Tester position .
Ability to analyze statistical and other types of data.
Good communication skill.
Good organizational skill.
Fluent in English.
SQL language
