Điều phối thiết kế / Design Coordination

Là đầu mối làm việc với đơn vị tư vấn thiết kế (quy hoạch, kiến trúc, kết cấu, MEP…) để đảm bảo hồ sơ thiết kế được thực hiện đúng định hướng, đúng tiến độ, đúng quy chuẩn.
Act as the liaison between the Owner and design consultants (planning, architectural, structural, MEP…) to ensure design deliverables align with the approved direction, timeline, and standards.
Phối hợp với các bộ phận nội bộ: pháp lý, phát triển dự án, kinh doanh, kỹ thuật thi công… để tổng hợp yêu cầu thiết kế.
Coordinate with internal departments (legal, development, sales, construction, etc.) to gather and consolidate design requirements.

Kiểm soát chất lượng & pháp lý thiết kế / Design Quality & Compliance Control

Rà soát hồ sơ thiết kế về mặt kỹ thuật, tính khả thi thi công, pháp lý và tính đồng bộ giữa các bộ môn.
Review design drawings in terms of technical feasibility, constructibility, legal compliance, and multi-discipline coordination.
Kiểm tra việc tuân thủ quy chuẩn – tiêu chuẩn Việt Nam, các quy định pháp luật về quy hoạch, kiến trúc, PCCC, môi trường…
Verify that design complies with Vietnamese codes, standards, and regulations on planning, architecture, fire safety, environment…

Quản lý tiến độ thiết kế / Design Schedule Management

Xây dựng kế hoạch và biểu đồ tiến độ thiết kế chi tiết; giám sát và đôn đốc các mốc thiết kế của tư vấn.
Develop detailed design schedules; monitor and follow up with consultants to ensure milestone completion.
Theo dõi quá trình phát hành, điều chỉnh, nghiệm thu và lưu trữ bản vẽ thiết kế (shop drawing, bản vẽ phát hành thi công, bản vẽ hoàn công…).
Track the issuance, revisions, approvals, and archiving of all design drawings (shop drawings, IFC, as-built…).

Thủ tục phê duyệt và phối hợp pháp lý / Approval & Legal Coordination

Hỗ trợ chuẩn bị hồ sơ xin phê duyệt thiết kế cơ sở, thiết kế kỹ thuật tại cơ quan nhà nước (Sở QHKT, Sở XD, PCCC, môi trường…).
Support the preparation of design submission dossiers for authority approvals (Department of Planning & Architecture, Construction, Fire Prevention, Environment, etc.)

Sưu tầm kinh nghiệm, tham khảo quốc tế về xu hướng Thiết kế kết cấu, hạ tầng / Research international trends and experiences related to structural design and infrastructure

Tham khảo, báo cáo công việc thiết kế có liên quan đã được áp dụng tại các dự án được giao thực hiện/
Prepare and present memos for design-related tasks to seek efficient and proper direction for assigned projects.

Trình độ học vấn (Educational background):

Đại học / University degree

Chuyên ngành (Major):

Đại học Xây dựng, Kiến trúc, Giao Thông hoặc các chuyên ngành liên quan /
Civil Engineering, Architecture, Transportation Engineering, or other related fields

Chứng chỉ (Certification):

Không yêu cầu (Ưu tiên chứng chỉ Quản lý Dự án, Tư vấn giám sát do Bộ Xây dựng cấp) /
No requirement but prefer Project Management Certificate issued by the Ministry of Construction

Kinh nghiệm (Experience):

Tối thiểu 5 năm trở lên, trong đó có 3 năm ở vị trí tương đương. Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm làm việc cho các Chủ đầu tư / đơn vị tư vấn QLDA chuyên nghiệp /
Minimum 5 years of experience, including 3 years in a similar position. Preference for experience with investors or professional project management consultants.

Kiến thức (Knowledge):

Có kiến thức về quản lý thiết kế, thi công dân dụng, công nghiệp, hạ tầng, kè, san lấp…
Knowledge of design management, civil or industry, construction of infrastructure, embankment, revetment, leveling
Thông thạo luật xây dựng, các quy trình pháp lý triển khai và thi công dự án /
Proficient in construction law and legal procedures related to project execution

Kỹ năng/Khả năng (Skills/Abilities):

Hiểu biết sâu về quy trình thiết kế, quy chuẩn xây dựng, pháp lý quy hoạch /
Solid knowledge of design processes, construction codes, and planning regulations
Thành thạo AutoCAD, PDF, Excel, MS Project hoặc phần mềm quản lý thiết kế khác /
Proficient in AutoCAD, PDF tools, Excel, MS Project or other design management software
Có kiến thức tốt về các biện pháp thi công và vật liệu xây dựng /
Good understanding of construction methodology and material reporting
Hiểu rõ luật, nghị định, thông tư liên quan đến đầu tư dự án xây dựng /
Understanding of legal regulations, decrees, and circulars governing real estate
Có khả năng tư duy logic /
Logical and analytical thinking skills
Kiên trì, cẩn trọng và chi tiết trong công việc /
Perseverant, meticulous, and detail-oriented in technical work
Có khả năng làm việc độc lập và làm việc nhóm /
Capable of working independently and as part of a team
